We're not your regular backyard BBQ! We use custom reverse flow woodstick burners purchased from Georgia, in the USA and seasoned split hard wood to smoke our meats to tender, juicy perfection. No charcoal, gas, or electric burners here! Depending on the cut, marbling, and thickness of the meat, our smoking process can take up to 14 hours to give you the experience of an authentic Southern style BBQ with a Northern touch.
We offer a wide selection of smoked meat including: Texas-style brisket, Carolina and Kansas-style beef ribs, California-style tri tip, Montreal smoked beef, our house style corned beef, and West Indian spicy jerk chicken.
All our meats are 100% hand slaughtered halal.
